Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Problems out the box

Stove was malfunctioning upon installation. Flashing codes. After replacing faulty part, the first time i turned the oven, the light bulb exploded in the oven. Bad product. Problems out the box

UNSAFE OVEN DOOR AND STOVETOP

ALSO DISAPPOINTED 9/18/2025

I love the look. I love the efficiency. I feel mislead that the man who installed it didn™€™t tell me UP FRONT that the oven door is all GLASS. No supporting metal surrounding it. He warned it can shatter if closed to roughly. He didn™€™t tell us that until after installation. I™€™m scared to even use the oven. Also the ™€œburner grates™€ are uneven and allow pans to slide right off the stove! Pretty disappointing and unsafe.

Crappy service and products.

tlh! 9/11/2025

This is a replacement stove for the original one that was not working properly. This one now has error codes flashing and needing a control board. To make things worse you are unable to find a service tech willing to do the warranty work for you. Your customer service sucks and so does your product. Get your act together.

Grates

Filcor 9/2/2025

Very nice gas range however be careful with the grates. My pans slid off the stove even though the stove is level. I purchased a new set of pan to avoid the problem in the future. Hope it works

amana gas stove

LHubb 8/30/2025

If I could give 0 stars I would. Right from the beginning I was having problems. The flames are too high even on the lowest setting and it was hard for me to cook my foods. I felt like this was a fire hazard. Less than a month into using it, one of the burner caps started looking like it was burned, probably due to the high flames. I stopped using the stove and ended up buying a new one from a different brand.

On second thought........

2Cute4U 7/14/2025

I got my new range about two months ago. I had to adjust to the slippery grates and the limited stovetop space. The oven cooks very different than my previous gas range. It reminds me of an Easy-Bake oven that I had as a kid, which was a toy. (lol) The bottom rack in the bottom compartment does not slide out! It has a flimsy rack that bears downward (not straight out), so you cannot carefully remove your extremely broiling hot dish. The worst part is that the left front flame is medium-high on the lowest setting! If you need a low flame, you cannot use that eye. Your food will burn. What's good about it??? It's aesthetically nicer looking than my old stove and very easy to clean.

worst delivery ever experienced

bogati 7/8/2025

This is the first time I order from here rather than ordering from Costco. Worst experienced ever. Where should I start, first takes long time for delivery and when they do delivered, the 3rd party vendor wouldn't even install or hallway your equipment eventhough you paid for the services. You tried to get hold of someone from chat/call and its a long wait. On chat they keep saying its a wrong department let me transfer you to right department and sorry technical error you will to call this number again. I would NEVER EVER order from here again!

Amana stove in black finish

Sue's Stove 3/7/2025

Stoves aren't made like they used to be! I would have preferred a stove in a white finish, but because I wanted just a basic stove, I had to get a black stove. It shows every mark on it and is hard to keep it clean and shiny and I'm concerned about getting it scratched with normal use and cleaning. Carefully using the grates just a few times over the past few weeks, they no longer shine and are showing signs of wear. There is a long silver vent opening under the control panel on the right side, that is cheaply made and sticks out against the black finish on the rest of the stove. I wish the stove came in a white finish, instead of the black finish.

Works as expected but dangerously hot when using

bob27.2 9/14/2023

The top function buttons, clock/display - that whole piece the width of the range gets so hot it will burn skin if touched longer than a half second (which you need to do - to turn the range off...) Very unfortunate heating vent location & customer support said "yup, that's normal." First oven I have used that is too hot to touch on the exterior, particularly where buttons are. Otherwise works fine, but slippery gas cover (where pans sit) - can be interesting. Definitely a budget option device.

Cooking Pleasure Once More

Mar1 6/16/2023

My husband and I did a lot of research when we started looking for a new gas range. Price was one of the most important features along with ease of cooking and cleaning. Amana proved to be the appliance that ticked all the boxes. About a month in I have to say that I am pleased with this purchase and have never been happier. Thank you Amana for providing a well made and reasonably priced appliance that looks fantastic in my kitchen.

Burners not adjustable.

Gwen 1/18/2023

I like this gas stove although the flame of the burners cannot be turned low enough to simmer foods. It was supposed to be set up for LP but was delivered set up for natural gas. The people who delivered it said they were not allowed to connect LP so left it sit without connecting it to my fuel source. I had to find someone on my own to install even though we had paid for installation and removal of old stove! No customer service to speak of.
